Domestic Orders
For domestic orders, we ship with UPS. Most orders will be shipped within 10 - 15 business days upon receipt of full order payment. Your order may be delayed if there are issues with your file, such as low image quality, image substitutions or image redesigns. After we ship your order, please allow 1 - 5 business days for your order to arrive. All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Use the UPS Ground "Transit Days" Map below to determine how many business days your order will take to arrive. Expedited shipping through UPS and USPS is also available.

International Orders
For international orders, we ship with USPS. Most orders will be shipped within 10 - 15 business days upon receipt of full order payment. Your order may be delayed if there are issues with your file, such as low image quality, image substitutions or image redesigns. International shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order and will be shipped through USPS. Handling fees are also applied to shipping costs. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International and delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. This is an estimation and actual delivery time may be longer. Please note that we cannot be responsible for VAT, duties or customs charges which may be applied by your country. For international orders, we are not responsible for any possible customs fees, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country. If imposed, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
APO or FPO Addresses
Orders being sent to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via USPS (U.S. Postal Service) using the Parcel Post option. Please allow 2 - 9 business days for your order to arrive at its U.S. destination. Delivery from the U.S. military location to an International APO or FPO location can take a week or longer, depending on the country .
Express Mail and Priority Mail may be an option for your order.

We guarantee our pillow covers to be free from defects (rips, tears, stains) and will maintain their picture quality for years to come. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product, you may return* it within (30) days of the invoice date.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product you may return it within (30) days of the invoice date. Please email sales@custombodypillows.com with the reason for your return. We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product you may return it within (30) days of the invoice date. Please email sales@custombodypillows.com with the reason for your return. We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Each return MUST have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the packaging and on your original invoice.
- Only (1) RMA number can be issued for (1) invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return.
- Your return/refund cannot be processed without the original invoice and RMA number.
- All merchandise must be in the original condition and original packaging of when it was received.
- Returned items must be shipped by UPS or FedEx and a tracking number must be emailed to: sales@custombodypillows.com.
- The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. The shipping fee is non-refundable. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item.
- CustomBodyPillows.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
- Physical damage to the returned product will void the Return policy.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refund once item(s) have been received.
